Cancellations + Rescheduling Policy
I totally understand the need for flexibility in my clients' busy schedules and respect how valuable your time is. I make every attempt to accommodate my clients' schedules and would ask that you, as a client, do the same. To ensure that appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of all scheduled services.
Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice of scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of scheduled appointments. No-show's are an automatic 100% charge and will not be allowed to reschedule with me.
I reach out to every client within 72 hours of their appointment to make sure that you are still loving your hair. Should you feel that you need further adjustments to your hair after an appointment with me, I ask that you let me know within 7 days. Anything after that 7 days would be considered a new appointment. I provide every client a very thorough consultation before all appointments. Not achieving desired final results in one session is not considered a "re-do" when we have discussed that it will require multiple sessions. Once again, if there is an issue, I am always willing to make it right and have you leave my chair 100% happy with your hair!
